Child Safety Standards
Last updated 18 October 2026
FlauntBit has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all of FlauntBit: the FlauntBit app on Android and iPhone, and flauntbit.com. They are part of our Community Guidelines (flauntbit.com/community-guidelines) and Terms of Use (flauntbit.com/terms).
1. FlauntBit is for adults
FlauntBit is a professional network for artists aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use it, and we remove any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
2. What is never allowed
We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children. On FlauntBit, that includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any photo, video, drawing, animation, AI-generated or edited image, or text that shows or describes a minor in a sexual way.
- Sexualising minors: sexual comments, captions, tags, posts or messages about anyone under 18.
- Grooming: befriending or contacting a minor in order to sexually abuse or exploit them, including asking a minor for sexual images or to meet.
- Sextortion: threatening to share a minor’s intimate images, or demanding images, money or favours from a minor.
- Trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation of children, including advertising or arranging it.
- Sharing, asking for or linking to any of the above, on FlauntBit or elsewhere, or encouraging or praising it.
These rules cover profiles, photos, Scene posts, thoughts, chats, connection notes and links to other sites.
3. How to report it
- In the app: on a profile, post or chat, open the menu, tap Report and say it’s a child safety concern. On a thought, tap Report.
- By email: write to support@flauntbit.com with “Child safety” in the subject. Include a link or username if you can. You don’t need a FlauntBit account.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first. In India you can also report at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930, and Childline (1098) helps children who need care and protection. Elsewhere, contact your local police or report to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
Please don’t download, screenshot or forward CSAM, even to report it. Tell us where it is and we’ll act on it.
4. What we do
- We act fast. Child safety reports come first. We remove the content as soon as we confirm it, and within 24 hours of a report.
- We remove the accounts involved. Anyone who shares CSAM or tries to exploit a child is removed from FlauntBit.
- We report it. We report apparent CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the authorities, as the law requires. In India, that means law enforcement and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
- We work with the authorities. We give investigators the information they need and respond to valid requests from law enforcement.
We comply with the POCSO Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and other child safety laws that apply to us.
5. How FlauntBit is built to keep people safe
- Chats open only once a connection request is accepted. Until then, all anyone can send is the request and its short note, which the other artist can decline.
- Anyone can block an artist so they can’t contact them.
- Everyone who uses FlauntBit agrees to our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, which forbid everything listed above.
6. Child safety contact
Our child safety point of contact can answer questions about these standards and how we prevent CSAM on FlauntBit. Email support@flauntbit.com with “Child safety” in the subject.
