Terms of Use

1. Beta Notice

FlauntBit is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may pause, reset, or migrate accounts and content during this period. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Platform only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. Your Account

To use most features you need to sign up using a phone number or a Google account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at support@flauntbit.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up-to-date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or impersonating information.

4. Your Content

Anything you upload to FlauntBit — images, descriptions, links, audio, video, or any other material (“Your Content”) — remains yours. You keep full ownership and copyright.

By uploading Your Content, you grant FlauntBit a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content for the sole purpose of operating and promoting the Platform (including showing your portfolio publicly, generating previews, and sharing it across the FlauntBit ecosystem). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by other users or required for legal compliance.

You confirm that Your Content is yours to upload, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and that it complies with our Community Guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that harasses or impersonates others.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to (including stolen images, AI-generated work passed off as someone else's, or copyrighted material).
• Use the Platform to spam, scam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from FlauntBit using automated tools without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to break the Platform's security.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates Indian law or the laws of your country.

Violating these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination — at our discretion and without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The FlauntBit name, logo, design, source code, and underlying technology are owned by FlauntBit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

FlauntBit relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, and error monitoring (including Google Firebase, Netlify, and Sentry). Your use of the Platform is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by emailing us at support@flauntbit.com. We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will be permanently available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlauntBit disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlauntBit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost portfolios, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees) or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlauntBit from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new terms.
